The Mobile Structive Form - Keys & Mechanics

The Mobile Structive Form (aka. Scanning Structure Form & Jum-Q) is a logically biomechanical progression from the first two forms. It emphasises the mobility and integration of the body in advancing, retreating and pivoting. It also introduces the kicking aspects to the practitioner, involving the use of the centre of the body learnt in the First Form.

Inner Mobile Motive Force

The Inner Mobile Motive Force includes the following elements -

The characteristics to apply in the Mobile Structive Form consists, among others, the following important ones -

1. Using the Lower Abdominal Region (LAR) as the mobile centre.

2. Neck to Body.
3. Shoulders to Elbows.
4. Elbows to Wrists.
5. Hips to Knees.
