Below is the standard itinerary for the Perisher Blue Week with Whirlwind Winter Wonderland Tours:-

| 6.00am | Depart Strathfield |
| 6.30am | Depart Liverpool |
| 9.00am | Brunch at Rydges Eagle Hawk Resort. |
| 9.30am | depart Rydges Eagle Hawk Resort for Perisher Blue. |
| 12.30pm | Arrive Perisher Blue (pick up hire equipment) |
| 1.00pm | Check in to Barrakee Lodge |
| 1.05pm | Go ski & ride |
| 7.30pm | Dinner in lodge |
| Mon - Thurs | |
| 7.30am | Breakfast. |
| 8.30am | Snow cat to Perisher terminal or ski out to North Perisher |
| Lunch (skiers to make their own arrangements) | |
| 5.00pm | Snow cat back to lodge or ski back via North Perisher |
| 7.30pm | Dinner in lodge |
| Friday | |
| 7.30am | Breakfast. |
| 8.30am | Snow cat to Perisher terminal or ski out to North Perisher |
| Lunch (skiers to make their own arrangements) | |
| 3.00pm | Drop off hire equipment |
| 3.30pm | Snow cat back to lodge or ski back via North Perisher |
| 4.00pm | Coach returns to Sydney. |
| 8.30pm | Meal Break. |
| 11.00pm | Back in Sydney. |
