Directing staff
Derrick Browne administers, directs and teaches at Trumps, as well as writing books and running bridge holidays. He is a former Australian Youth Champion.

Will Jenner-O'Shea joined the Trumps team in 2007, supervising, directing and teaching as well as working behind the scenes to keep the club running (he is an I.T. expert).

Gabbie Pitcher is a popular director and teacher at Trumps.

Nick Hughes directs, writes and teaches. He and wife Nicoleta Giura were the Australian Mixed Pairs Champions. He is inventor of the bidding system Scamp and a technical whiz.

Mike Phillips is a congress level director who runs our Wednesday afternoon red points, as well as the Wednesday morning session.

Ed Barnes and David Farmer and other directors also look after some of our sessions.

Catering staff

Leonie McCourt is a record-breaking sandwich maker and popular figure in the club on weekdays. Pramila is one of her assistants and is the main organiser for the dealing of boards.

 

Staff wanted

We have openings for casual waiting staff with a bright, friendly manner and who will make a great cappuccino!

We also have an opening for just the right person to add to our bridge team... This would probably be someone who could (eventually) manage the club when the regular manager was away, as well as fulfilling the usual range of other duties.
